Are your Gold and Silver items real or "plated" ?

All our Gold and Silver Items are 100% Real. Diamonds and other Gemstones are always real as listed. Gold and Silver and Genuine gemstones have their own directories. Fashion Jewelry is not mixed in with Gold/Silver.

What is your return/Refund policy ?

At the glitznglamourjewellery.com we strive to exceed your expectations. All items are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt if not completely satisfied. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. To receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, call or e-mail customer service at" info@glitznglamourjewellery.com" --please provide your invoice number. Any unauthorized returns, special orders, Custom sized Rings,customized or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. A Restocking Fee of 15% will be charged on returns unless the item was send in error by us. Please notify glitznglamourjewellery within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order. Can you custom size?

Yes, most rings and chains can be custom sized. Custom sizing is non-refundable. There are some items that we cannot custom size due to the design of the items. There is a custom-sizing fee plus or minus the price of gold or Silver. If you want to custom size something, please contact us before you place your order. Please e-mail info@glitznglamourjewellery.com for custom sizing quotes.


What are your shipping options?

Most our orders go through US Postal Mail, insured. Choices of shipping are: First Class (Not insured and we do not replace First Class misdeliveries or lost mail) Priority 2nd day (Our best value) and Express Overnight.

Will you ship to Canada or other Countries?

We do ship to Canada and certain other countries at this time. However, it should be noted that most countries have a very strict policy on Customs and Imports from the US. The customer is responsible for all taxes, Custom fees and import fees that may be assessed. If a shipment is lost in the foreign postal system we are not responsible since our US Postal Service does not insure out of country items.
